ICF UAE Chapter Volunteer Opportunities

We are very excited to share with you that, as we continue to grow in number and our needs continue to grow along with our membership, we are welcoming expressions of interest from all members who would like to fulfill any of the volunteer positions detailed below.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to our chapter’s success and be part of a dynamic team! Volunteering will give you the opportunity to be an integral part of growing and sustaining our vibrant coaching community in the UAE.

Secretary for ICF UAE Chapter (x1)

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the coaching community? The ICF UAE Chapter is looking for a volunteer Secretary to support the ICF UAE Chapter Board.

What you’ll do:

• Take and organize minutes for Board meetings
• Manage important chapter records
• Support event management, including filing CCEU credits

Events Organization & Management Support (x2)

Are you a people person who has stellar organizational skills and enjoys being part of the bustle of activity? The ICF UAE Chapter is looking for two volunteers to support the Events Director.

What you’ll do:

• Visit event venues and agree collaboration arrangements
• Collect latest data for chapter Insight series and workshops
• Manage delegate registration during events
• Create ads on Eventbrite
• Prepare and issue event attendance certificates
• Manage event and registration spreadsheets

Communications Support (x2)

Are you someone who has a creative side and enjoys supporting multiple stakeholders as well as uncovering the narrative beneath the data? The ICF UAE Chapter is looking for two volunteers to support the Communications Director.

What you’ll do:

• Develop, schedule, and upload creative assets using Canva for social media, email, newsletters, and website posting
• Attend events to share live video on social media and take pictures & videos to upload on social media
• Source content for the member newsletter, social media, and website
• Suggest relevant external events and initiatives for participation to increase awareness and appreciation of the ICF and the ICF UAE Chapter
• Support the development and implementation of relevant outreach and engagement initiatives based on Board and member feedback/suggestions
• Support the development and maintenance of the annual communications calendar
• Collate the necessary information for inclusion in the annual report

Partnerships Support (x1)

Are you someone who enjoys building mutually beneficial collaborative relationships?

What you’ll do:

• Craft compelling digital materials that highlight the advantages of being an ICF UAE Chapter partner.
• Support survey management including developing, launching, analyzing results, and compiling reports

For all volunteer roles, we’re looking for:

• An ICF member in good standing
• Someone with a strong sense of integrity and adherence to the ICF Code of Ethics
• Someone who can commit about 8-10 hours per month
