🔓Unlocking EQ program

Unlocking EQ is an introductory course that explores what Emotional Intelligence is, why it’s important, and how to improve your life by practicing key Emotional Intelligence skills.

Learn the Six Seconds Model of Emotional Intelligence and use the TFA process to examine your thoughts, feelings, and actions in new ways. Receive your Unlocking EQ Profile and learn how to interpret your report in class.

The course is run on a monthly basis:

  • 18 and 25 March from 5-7pm Dubai time.
  • 22 and 29 April from 5-7pm Dubai time.
  • 20 and 27 May from 5-7pm Dubai time.

🧠 EQ Practitioner Certification

EQ Practitioner is a deep dive into the practical/tangible practice of emotional intelligence.

This course is 3 full days of self-discovery and personal growth – in an interesting and interactive environment. You will also be paired with a mentor, supporting your progress through the course, who is invested in helping you achieve your goals.

3, 4, 5 June from 9am-5:30pm Dubai time on all three days. Unlocking EQ is a prerequisite for attending this Certification.

🎓 These Certifications are part of Six Seconds Level 1 and Level 2 ICF Approved Coach Training Program and will provide you with Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEUs)
